Turn it to HIGH will burn the food, turn it to Medium takes too long to cook...It also needs the cover to cook faster....also cleaning is a nightmare.

I should have went with a different brand. Cheap light weight plastic used as a base. No rubber feet so it slides on the counter top. I thought it was smokeless but its not. I did oil the grill before the first cooking but it still made a mess on the grill plate. Its not worth the $35.02 I spent and if you return it they subtract $7.00 from your refund for shipping cost. Buy another brand Walmart doesn't need to offer such an item. If it is such a great item they would display it in there stores.

The grill worked great for a little while, at least until the heating coils melted. Only used 3-4 times and it worked great. Loved using it. Easy to clean. Perfect steaks, fish, even hot dogs. Very sad this happened.

One of the lowest price Grills works great non stick just as promised no smoke, unlike the gothem steel grill. This one dose as promised

Works great and easy to clean. I wanted something to grill steaks when I can't use the outdoor grill. This works ok for steak- it only goes to 450 degrees and I'd like at least 550-. but I don't think I'll ever find an expensive electic grill that will give me that.
