Big flow on design. Why there is no on/off switch.??! Do stop the machine and to start you have to open /close the lid, so it fits and click in to right place. Dont see the plastic will hold to that.

I bought this because I buy bulk cheese and shred it myself. Hand graters we're getting to hard to deal with, my hands would hurts after grating the full 5lb block. I give it 4 stars for quick and easy use. Only two things I don't like about it. #1 the shoot that the food comes out of should be longer, the curve sits to close to the machine so the bowl doesn't fit directly under the shoot and cheese gets on the counter. # 2 the cheese gets stuck in areas of the container and if you don't clean it out asap, it just builds up. I would give five stars if it weren't for these issues. Over all it gets the job done. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I bought the Oskaar 2 in 1 because of the ability to slice/shred and have it go directly into the bowel/pot. I used it and it did what it was supposed to. It was easy to use, take apart and clean. The reason I didn't give it a higher score was because it was supposed to come with 2 discs as well as the puree/chop blade. My machine only came with one disc. Walmart offered to replace it or I could call Oster for the blade. I opted to call Oster but I couldn't say whether I had the thick cut or thin cut blade. Oster is sending me a blade, and I told them that I would call if it was the wrong one. This was an problem with the Oskaar 2 in 1 before and it should have been corrected. (the blades should have also been marked)

Hello world , I have this exact food processor and it is a life saver. it cuts everything with ease. clean up is super easy and some of the parts are dishwasher safe. I used this to chop up peanuts for cookies and it was so easy. We have also used it every day for salads and to make the smaller toppings for our salads. The speed of the machine is fast. put your food in and get ready to catch it. The overall quality of the machine is very very good. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that is looking for a food processor. We received this unit to review and try.

Powerful motor, clean classic design, very capable on "most" tasks. The good is as follows - low moisture products are dispensed with ease, slice, shred, or chop, this machine is more than capable. For the most part, clean up was a snap. While not heavy, the unit feels solid and stout. There are a few minor drawbacks, I would prefer a pulse switch or button versus the twist and lock feature. While cleanup was a snap, there was one area inside the feed chute that would allow small particles to collect and could only be removed by a thin sharp object such as a knife blade. Also high moisture food did not grate as cleanly as the low moisture foods. Overall I give it 4 1/2 stars and would be a welcome addition to any kitchen.
