I bought this toaster on 12/9/2019 and it failed with light use on 3/23/20. Too bad, because having a toaster during the Quarantine would have been nice. I can't return it to the store because it's just past the 90 days. Avoid this stylish toaster, total junk!

just got my toaster today...I wanted black stainless steel to match my new fridge and stove...but it appears to be black and stainless steel...kinda disappointed

We purchased this toaster about 10 years ago. It has performed flawlessly. It's used regularly by everyone in our family. It has been reliable, browned perfectly, and easily cleaned. It's still working, but a few burners on one side have become weaker. We have Definitely gotten our money's worth and will be purchasing another one.

Broken in way less than a year We liked the features that were advertised, liked the look of the toaster and loved it while it was working. However in less than a year when you push the lever down it won't engage so the bread doesn't stay down and obviously we can't make toast. The toaster has gotten light use, we've probably only used it once a month in the time we've had it. I contacted Oster and they basically told me go take the lever and the front panel off wifh no directions on how to do so. There are no visible screws.

I just bought 6 of these around the 4th of July I bought them for our cabins up north. We open up the boxes getting ready to plug them in and we discovered all the cords were too short these Oster are replacing cuisinart's the cord on the Cuisinart is 34 in Long the cord on the Oster is 24 in Long and it comes out on the right side of the toaster who designed useless things like this. So I'm returning them all to the store and I'll probably by 6 cuisinart's cuz I know the cords at least 34 in Oster what are you trying to save a few pennies on wire. I won't by Oster products anymore not if you're going to cut Corners like that

Either toast it burnt or not toasted enough. There is no happy medium. The first two slices of bread you put in, toast to much, burnt on the bottom half. The next to slices might come out fine. I've had the toaster for about six months, I have tried every setting there is and it never works the same twice. Every time I use this thing I want to throw it at the wall. I hate it, and I will never buy Oster brand of any kind of appliance again!
