The packaging is very poor. the best is to get it delivered to a store.and open the Box to make sure it's not damaged.

This is a very nice product. It does everything you need it to do. 1.7 cubic ft. is really decent size too. Keep in mind this is also very heavy. If you're good at installing appliances you can easily do it yourself, however I would recommend professional installation for most.

The specs say the assembled product dimensions are 20.75" x 16.20" x 11.00" and lists them in this order "(L x W x H)" but it's actually 30" wide. The space I have to install it is 24" wide. If it's only 20" wide 24" should be plenty of room. Open the box, read the directions and they say minimum of 30" width needed to install it. I didn't even take it out of the box. Though I did move the styrofoam to measure the microwave itself. Sure enough the microwave is 30" wide. Total disappointment! I feel even worse because I picked out this microwave (because I measured the space I had and according to the specs listed, it should've fit) and my daughter got it for as a Christmas present. Returning it as soon as possible.
