I bought two coffee machines. One of them smells plastic really bed when I brew coffee. There is no way to drink that coffee

Makes very tasty and smooth coffee! I like the look and the tall handle. The display shows how many minutes are left until it will stop heating up the coffee (40 min). The only thing that I didn't know before was because of the special technique it is kind of loud (not a constant brewing flow but a squirting sound every other second). Doesn't bother me too much, it's worth it!

I knew I would love this coffeemaker. Easy to use and looks great on the kitchen counter. It is well made and did I say how nice it looks on the counter? ☺️ I will be buying more Russell Hobbs products.

looks nice and works well. I wish I had the ability to keep the burner on longer than 40 minutes. The manual says I can "wake it up" by clicking the brew button, but I don't think that keeps the burner running and if so, for how long..

Beautiful design and very functional. Easy to use and easy to fill the water tank. It makes coffee quickly and I like the permanent filter.

Styles is great - I think having adjustability in the heating of the coffee is important, on a busy morning if you're a few minutes late your coffee starts to get cold" ( 1950 technology -on - off " ) - the coffee pot could be 2 inches taller or tad wider and I cant get more than 2 1/2 cups of coffee out of it. Americans drink large cups if this was an espresso machine then I could have a bunch of people have espresso but as a coffee maker it's 2 1/2 cups if you're lucky. If any household has more than 2.5 people in it -this coffee maker is not usable because it doesn't make enough coffee seems to limit your sales as its the first thing people ask me - and on style - you don't need a logo on your glass coffee pot its already "on the coffee maker " and really on 2 sides - that expresses a cheapness and discount store feeling. Higher quality items don't need to continuously bombard us with who they are.. Only the wannabes.

This is a beautiful slick coffee maker! It looks gorgeous and fancy on my counter. I love the way it brews quickly and the water is dispersed evenly over the grounds. My only complaint about this coffee maker is that the warmer only stays on for 40 minutes! Not very long especially when I'm running around trying to get kids out the door in the morning. The timer to set for your morning brew is a little difficult and y'all have to reset it nightly. I love the look of this coffee machine. It's sleek modern and looks so pretty in my kitchen. It's also easy to use with only with 5 buttons. I had to read instructions though as to what each button was but basically one is to turn it one and the others are to set the time and timer. The carafe after brewing stays hot for an hour. The first impression was amazed at how sleek and professional this coffee maker is and everyone who saw this was amazed at how advanced it looks. I tried it first to clean it with the water drop symbol it has on the coffee maker; I was amazed at how fast the brewing is and there isn't much to wait on. The water was very hot and the carafe warming plate keeps it warm. This time I tried it to brew my coffee and it was very easy to press the coffee symbol and to brew it. I had no problem or difficulty in using this. Everything was very easy to use and even fixing the clock. The only problem is that I wish there was a measuring cup for the coffee pot because I didn't know how much I need to put in the tank. My coffee tasted great and was kept hot when I need more. This product is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at how light weight it was and it fits my decor perfectly! If you're looking for a coffee maker that looks good and works extremely well, I would highly recommend this one. I really love how quick I can make a pot of coffee without losing out on great flavor. This pot is also super easy to clean and the resusable filter is a must!
