Very easy to use.
Unfortunately need a new filter already as there's a hole in the permanent filter.

This is, hands down, the best coffee maker I have ever purchased. The carafe never spills when I pour coffee, and I love that it makes 14 cups. It's easy to set up and use. It stated on the box that a coffee scoop was included, and there wasn't one, but i am very pleased with the machine, so I won't complain!

Loved it! Needed just a little bit more coffee than a conventional pot could provide and this was half the price of other models online. Love the clear carafe and the coffee is plentiful.

Bought it last month since my sister didn't have one. Really love the easy use of it. And the price is really good for the size of the maker and the fact it has automatic shut off.

I almost didn't consider this coffee maker because thought 14 cup would be too big. The pot is little higher but actual space maker takes on my counter less than old one. Very easy to use makes good coffee.

This coffee pot has all the features I need. I love it so far. My only comment is that the package made it look like it used cone filters. It actually uses basket filters.
