This microwave stopped working in six months. Beautiful machine...atrocious performance. And now...the warranty has expired and Walmart has not provided loyal,or appropriate service. Very disappointed.

It was a great microwave, many great features and functions that my family was looking for. Tested it out and the defrost, warm up and popcorn settings worked great. I unfortunately I had to return it because the size was too large for my counter space.

I bought the full suite of black stainless and bought this microwave to go with it. This is a beautiful microwave, but it takes forever to cook something. I just bought it a month ago and honestly I think I am going to throw it away and buy a different brand. It would be faster to cook food in the toaster oven than this thing.

I wanted a new microwave that was quiet. Quiet? I mean when I close and open the door and when it is in operation. This microwave gave it all and a whole lot more. I just got it two days ago. It is wonderful. The weight of it is not too heavy when moving to the desired spot. Cleaning is a snap. The instructions and functions are easy to follow. I must say it "is" a good buy.

As a whole the performance of this microwave is good, it cooks fast, has a number of preset settings for defrost, popcorn, snacks, etc. However, intermittently it will be very noisy, with a loud buzzing sound. I have pondered returning the microwave with the goal of having an identical replacement that hopefully does not make this sound, but currently I'm waiting to see if this will improve or get worse.

My first item made it within 2days as promised, but it was damaged. I reported the incident immediately and very promptly I was directed on how to address the issue for a replacement. I'm very pleased with the product, it's been a week now. Love the way it's design, and would definitely recommend this product.

We had been looking for a medium size counter top microwave for several weekends and then we discovered the 3020CM model. A key feature that only Samsung offers is a "sound" button which allows the user to turn off the annoying beeping that occurs when entering time and when the cycle is done. The silenced beeper helps to avoid waking up the whole house when making breakfast while others are asleep.
In addition to the great appearance, the oven has a ceramic coated interior which is much easier to clean than all of the other microwave ovens which had only painted interior surfaces.
Although we were not specifically looking for a grill option, this oven offered the grill feature which we will use to eliminate the need to keep a toaster oven in the kitchen.
All in all we think Samsung did their homework when designing this oven.

Got this to replace my over 10 year old microwave that finally gave up the ghost. Love the ceramic interior. My parrot loves the mirror front. At a little over two months, the door latch broke. I called for repair service, and someone came to replace the latch.
What I love:
Ceramic interior--easy to keep clean, does not discolor
Grill feature--nice to reheat items like pizza
Easy to use controls
What could be better:
Because of the dark interior and mirror finish, it is hard to see that the microwave is on. Brighter lighting on the interior would be super.
Overall, I like the microwave. It does what I need it to do, and the grill feature is nice.
