We bought this unit about a month ago to replace an old microwave oven. Instead of keeping the microwave above the stove, we decided to buy a countertop unit that we placed on a shelf under our new cabinets on the other side of the kitchen. It works really well and has a nice capacity for it's compact dimensions. It fits perfectly on the shelf under the cabinet. I drilled shallow round holes for the feet to sit in so it won't pull off the shelf. Only complaint is that the door sensor is too sensitive. It sometimes makes you open and close the door before operation can start (even when door was closed securely). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I purchased this along with matching Whirlpool fridge, stove, & dishwasher and have been using it for 2 years. This microwave is loud when microwaving and also loud when opening and closing the door. The button to open the microwave is hard to push compared to others I've owned and used and the button is already showing wear. Those issues I can live with but the biggest problems I have is that the Digital Numbers are Not all Working and the Start Button is occasionally Not Working. This product is only 2 years old, My family and I have had other microwaves that we've never experienced problems with and only have bought new ones because we've moved.

Desing is good, but i don't like the beeping sound, the panel should have an option to avoid this sound, and the door is too noising, this oven for several months works good, but now it doesn't heat and shows this symbol blinking, the manual do not comment anything about this, i suposse that both issues are related, but i don't know how solve this. If someone have the way to solve this thing. I appreciate it very much if anyone has any idea how to solve this matter other than throw it away

This microwave was installed in our home right before we moved in. It did decent job at microwaving, but after 13 months, the extremely important Start button will no longer work. It is now an expensive clock that won't microwave anything just because of one button. If the power goes out, it will just be an expensive hole in the wall, because I won't be able to change the clock.

The original version of this microwave came with our new house. The paint on the inside started chipping and rust started to appear after a few years. Eventually we bought a new one and have been careful not to let moisture sit in the microwave. But then today we noticed the pain was chipping on the inside of the microwave again after 18 months of owning it. No rust yet but now that the metal is exposed it's more likely.
