"is certainly unusual" when there's obviously some issue with the design or mfc. And that would be okay if you're offering to correct it, which it seems you are. But saying this is unusual when it is clearly not is misleading and makes me feel like you're not owning up to the defect. And that makes me not trust the quality of the brand.

one of the best coffee pots I've ever bought at Walmart I would recommend this for anybody who likes a good cup of coffee I will never buy a electric coffee pot ever again I highly recommend this coffee pot.

Does it have any aluminum parts? Is it 100% stainless steel ? Because the interior feels very much like aluminum and the outer shell actually feels like stainless steel. Because aluminum gives the coffee a metallic taste Is there an aluminum nut inside the at the base that comes in contact with the coffee? Is the filter basket stainless steel or aluminum?

Makes up to 12 (6oz) cups or 6 coffee mugs. Tastes awesome. Has 4 inner parts. Stem, spring, basket and basket cover. Stove top, not electric. Tastes so much better than what a drip coffee pot makes. Love it!

This is one of many coffee pots that I have purchased as I have always made my coffee on the stove. I’m a little disappointed because when I open the packaging the spring on the stem with the basket is missing. How do I get a replacement?

great product I had foregotton just how good perked coffee is. Use it in my RV about 4 months out of the year, when I am not hooked up to electric, which is about 20 to 25 days a month out of the 4 months a year.

I love this percolater it's all I hoped for and much more. It's like using my old percolators that I still use. If you like great fresh brewed coffee this is for you. It's big and brews plenty of coffee for all
