This machine seemed okay at first although there was no automated timer for preprogramming. It seemed like a great bargain. It was slow to brew though. Then it worked for three days and on the 4th it just plain didn't work at all. Would turn on but not brew. I returned it to the store for a full refund.
Sorry but I would not purchase it again. It would be worth paying much more for a better machine.

Ordered this to replace an older one that stopped working. Paid for shipping to get it in time for an event we were having in our home on Sunday. It arrived on a Thursday and was defective. I took it back to local store and they refunded all but the shipping. I am still fighting for that. I am very disappointed because I had to buy 2 separate coffee pots when I loved the dual I had prior. Also it was out of stock and nowhere to be found to re-order.

This purchase was a replacement for the Kitchen Selectives dual coffee maker that I had for ten years which was awesome, but one side stopped working. This new coffee maker is awful. The glass pots are super thin. The new design of the top is very awkward to use. And it brews very slow and does NOT keep the coffee hot. Also one side just turned off by itself. I am very disappointed and returning the product.

We were given one of these years ago as a gift and loved it until it finally stopped working after several years. You can't find in stores so had to order on-line. Walmart had the best deal. Works fine except for the clicking noise it makes once the coffee has been brewed. I think this is just the machine regulating the heating surface of the coffee to keep it hot. Overall, perfect for those that want a pot of decaf and a pot of regular.

The price of this was unbelievable! it was about 1/3 the cost of other similar models. I was skeptical but it was perfect. And my customers have complimented that the coffee tastes
much better than our old pot! The only bad feature is that it shuts off after two hours.

This coffee maker provides the opportunity to make 2 pots of your favorite hot beverages at the same time. I use it to make coffee on one side and hot tea on the other. The beverages are hot and the coffee maker is pretty quick. I think the coffee is a bit weaker than with my old coffee maker so I just increase the amount of coffee I normally use. I would recommend it to anyone needing a dual purpose coffee maker!

I will be returning this, since the right side takes about 30 minutes to brew and that is after removing and turning on and off several times. Very disappointed, busy office and needed the 2 pots and have to use only the left side, defeats the purpose of a Dual Coffee Maker
