This coffee maker was the one we choose for our wedding registry and I was very excited to get it! The timer feature is perfect for having coffee ready in the morning and the size isn't too bulky for my small countertop. However, it only worked efficiently for about 4 months of everyday use. Now it brews slower than any coffee maker I've ever seen, and the seal does not hold well when you finally can remove the pot and pour yourself a cup. The timer that beeps when some of the coffee is finished brewing and ready has decided to go off immediately after the first drop is in the pot. Also, the coffee maker doesn't always make the amount of water you put in it, so you can't ever put in 12 cups of water. Overall the unit still functions, but acts very strange. For having this for only about 6 months this is a bummer. I would recommend a different model.

Bought this on 2/21/20 and after 6 weeks stopped working properly, water very slow and only couple cups come through and stops. Cleaned it as per manual and changed filter but no better. Spews and sputters making lot of noise but very little water comes through.

I bought this to replace a Mr Coffee I had had for about 20 years. Had this less than a year and it quit working. Did a chat with you and was advised to unplug for 30 seconds and try again. I had already done that but did it again. It worked for 2 pots and then quit working again. My husband wants to get another brand. I am very disappointed.

I bought this 1 week ago and I HATE it! It takes 1 hour To brew a pot and THEN when I pour 12 cups of water in it literally brews 6 to 8 cups....so where does all the other water go??? And why is it taking an hour to brew coffee???

The coffee tastes like chemicals and I brewed and cleaned several times.

Mr. Coffee must have increased the quality of the products. This coffee maker is hands down the best I have ever owned from Mr. Coffee. Build quality is much better than it used to be. Great work.

I like the new sleek design of the Mr. Coffee Black Stainless coffee maker. I switched to a Mr. Coffee machine after having high end machines that constantly dripped coffee while pouring. This carafe doesn't drip! It has a very bright "nightlight" that could use a dimmer switch or an option to turn it off completely. While this coffee maker's "coffee ready tone" is much more pleasant and quiteier than my old Mr. Coffee machine, this new design doesn't have an option to turn the tone off completely. I believe the new design makes it easier to pour water into the reservoir. Overall this is a great machine that makes excellent coffee.

I bought this coffee maker for my parents as part of their Christmas present. They just recently got all new appliances that were black stainless steel and needed a new coffee pot. My stepmom said it it's such a beautiful touch to the kitchen and blended seamlessly with their appliances!!! She loves the way it brews coffee also.

I received the Mr Coffee Black Stainless Coffeemaker for free to see what I thought about it. This model is probably one of the best drip coffee makers I have ever tried! I found that the delay brew option was very easy to set and the lighted face was great to see in the kitchen while it was still dark. My favorite feature is that the coffee in the carafe stayed extremely hot, more than other makers I have had in the past I would defiantly recommend! I was sent this Mr Coffee product for ratings and review. I was happy with the initial appearance and functions. A few design flaws popped out right away though. The carafe design does not allow for all of the liquid to be poured out so a person has to actually shake it upside down to drain all the liquid. Also, the way that the carafe sits in the unit the handle must be pointed directly outward, which would cause a problem for families with small children or unruly pets. The actual function of the coffee maker is great, I'm very happy with the brew that results. Overall I would say that this is a great item for an adults only home.
