I bought this coffee pot and it only makes a half pot of coffee, the rest of the water leaks out the bottom I would never buy this machine again.

I had this previously for about three years. Don't know what went wrong so I bought a Bunn. Good coffee but did not like having the water heated all the time also very expensive. So I bought another Mr. Coffee it just makes great coffee, it soaks the grounds just like Bunn and the features are much better.

This coffee maker brews coffee that tastes like plastic. It is awful. I cleaned the new coffee maker as instructed before first use. I have made 3 pots of coffee, each one has a stronger taste of plastic. Ingestion of this plastic flavored coffee can not be healthy. I have contacted company for a refund.

I have had this for a few months. It has worked well until recently. Now water POURS out the bottom of the unit all over the counter every use. I really expected more reliablitly from this brand, as I have always had Mr. Coffee's - and this one was not inexpensive! Would love it if the company made this right.

I bought this about 2 and half years. The pump just die. I use to have Mr.Coffee last me for 8 to 10 years. I guess your compary use cheap parts now.

Bought this coffee maker about 3 months ago, loved the look and speed that it made the coffee. however, just this week, we've had issues where we fill the pot for 10 cups, and it stops working after brewing 4 cups. we've tried everything to fix it, but it won't make a full pot of coffee.

The good....showering technique, easy to see water level, led time digits easy to see.
The bad....Not that easy to remove filter and used grounds from coffee maker.

l loved the stainless steel design, bold coffee feature button, added scoop in a handy place, easy fill water reservoir in front and back area, and water filtration feature. l think it is great that it tells you when it needs to be cleaned for the best tasting coffee. Being able to program your coffee to brew ahead of time is awesome. l received this Mr. Coffee Programmable Coffeemaker for free to try and it is far more superior than other coffee makers I've used in the past. I love this coffee maker! I received it free to review it and it makes my mornings so much easier. I love setting it to brew the night before and waking up to the smell of warm coffee in the morning. I also love the built in coffee scope. Other brands tell you to scoop a certain amount but Mr. Coffee tells you how much to scoop and provides you with the scoop to measure it built in so you don't have to go around your kitchen hunting for a tablespoon. There's a specific spot in the machine for the spoon I you don't lose it. This coffee maker is amazing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have loved Mr. Coffee since the 80's when I received one for a wedding shower gift. I still have that one btw.
This coffee maker has many great features buy my favorite is delayed brewing. I set it up before bed and wake up to COFFEE!!! My second favorite is the coffee scoop and it's hide away compartment. No more getting lost in a drawer. I also love the modern look of this coffee maker.
