I love the idea, but the grind is not fine enough for espresso, & cannot achieve strong espresso type flavor or fit enough grinds into the K3 cup. Doesn't seem to work for me, tried all settings, it seems to operate properly otherwise. Excellent concept. However it would be so grea to achieve finer/softer grind AND modify spring assembly to accommodate a larger Kcup or to fit a carafe kcup, which might produce stronger flavor, as it allows more coffee, because Kcup3 design that removable bottom & plastic indent takes up a lot of space that could be used to fit more coffee in it. I did also try using another reusable K cup and I had the same experience I just can't get it strong enough with the coarser grind that you offer so I really wanted to love this because I hate sending all those Kcups to the landfill and I loved fresh ground beans strong like Starbucks or Barista prima espresso strength. so please consider coming out with a solofill 4.0 or something fabulous like that and I would definitely want to try it. so now I'm back to using my Cuisinart burr grinder and making a mess filling the perfect pod reusable Kcup but with this method coffee . this system might work great for someone who is not interested in superstrong dark roast flavor and it is a great idea that you can use it to bulk grind as well and not just into the tiny K3 cup

It sounds like it struggles to grind the beans and it's kinda loud. Otherwise it's an awesome machine

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my single-serve burr grinder...sleek and slender design fits perfectly in my efficient galley kitchen, simple design makes it extremely user friendly and the low-in-noise burr action produces a wonderful fresh grind for my favorite hot beverage

I have had mine for over a year and I love it--grinds just the right amount to fill the refill cup--don't know why someone would have trouble with it , maybe they didn't read the directions I highly recommend it

I think it takes a little time to get the right adjustment for the coffee, but grinds fine and seems to work fine. A little hard to clear out all the coffee "dust" from plastic because of static.

I I'm an avid coffee drinker. I grind my coffee by the cup. I thought I had it made finally finding a single serve burr coffee grinder that wasn't a hand crank. The sologrind does not even come close to a quality Grinder. Even on the lowest time setting and the finest grind which in turn should have given me the least amount of coffee, it was still way too much for a single serve shot and made a huge mess trying to take out the coffee filter. On top of all that it is extremely loud. Sologrind trying to substitute high a rpm motor to achieve torque does not work. The unit sounds like an old juicer. Very disappointed expected so much more out of this product.

This product works great except I still can't get a good cup of coffee I don't know if it's the module or does it need a filter inside can you advise.

I've used this every morning for well over a year now and love it! Once you get the grind size dialed in for the type of brewer & coffee you are using, you can drop the exact dose everytime.

The idea behind it is great but implemented poorly. No matter how you set it the grinder will grind more coffee than the cup will hold. You'll spend a lot of time cleaning up coffee grounds from your counter and the unit itself. You can hit the start and stop buttons to try and fill it properly but that defeats the purpose of using it. You'll find way more negative reviews than positive with this grinder. Go out and shop for a good automatic coffee grinder and spoon the coffee into the adapter cup. You'll be much happier. Unfortunate since, as I said, it's a great idea that's poorly designed.
